All time worst blunder..

Had something to do mid day today. Told myself I'd hunt till 9 am then take off for a few hours before coming back. Roped my bow down about 8:56, it no longer touched the ground and I seen the giant I had been after charging up the ridge. Still not sure what he was running too or from.. But I never roped a bow back up into my tree so fast.. lol He stopped and stood about 3 or 4 yards away almost right under my stand. When I went to draw he bolted..

You know.. I've been 5 minutes too late and 5 minutes too early and a day late and a dollar short etc etc..

But we are talking 20 seconds here..

I'm sick over it... back out I go

Guys, I shot a 160 4/8 15 pointer Friday afternoon. 13 scoreable points, 17 1/2 inch spread inside, 180 lbs. Story to come soon!
