Well fellas I scored on a decent buck this morning. He came in to some heavy grunting and I shot him at 30 yards. The shot was nothing to write home about but he went 100 yards and piled up so im happy. He has a double throat patch, which is kinda neat i think and he scores right at 105 even.

That's a great buck, congrats. Its always awesome when you score a great buck like that. Most people dont relize how hard it is to actually shot a nice buck like that. Lots of things have to come together. Congrats again, I've been hunting hunting hard the last week. Actually spent 12.5 hours in my treestand the other day. Been seeing 3 to 4 buck a day. Missed a nice one the other day. Heading out tomorrow in the rain.

Those are some nice bucks you guys put down. Sure looks like the action is picking up. Plan to put all day hunts in this weekend. Hopefully something big will come strolling through and see my decoy

Putting 12hrs in the stand tomorrow. Was out today in the rain until 10am. Started really coming down hard had to bag it. Did see two buck, not shooters. Good luck to all.

I was backwards, I went early in the rain, then it stopped & been stopped all day. Problem was I had already gottne wet & was getting cold. I'll be out this evening though. Today is only for a doe too. I did see some deer, but none gave me a shot.
Yesterday in Ohio, I saw 2 pretty nice ones dogging a doe hard, but they too never gave me a shot.
Good luck team, this is the time to be out there, doesnt matter what time of day.
