Yea Ive done a lot of scouting. Me and my father in law set up a feeder and two cameras last sunday and we checked them today. 13 turkeys, all of which were less than ten yards to the blind. I have a good feelin bout that spot. Season starts in 10 days!!!

Sounds like you should be in forsome fun soon!I scouted over my spring break and saw a lot of birds and turkey sign around my hunting spots. They have started gobbling heavily lately but unfortunately the season isnt for over a month for me still. I cant wait to get out there.

yea not a whole lot of activity here but wait till everyone is up and running with there seasons. mine starts tomorrow but I probably wont make it out till sunday. Hopefully this time next week I will have posted a bird on here

Yeah i was thinking the same thing, this competition if definitely dead. I believe no one has gotten a bird in this contest yet but hopefully there will be some taken soon. My season doesnt start till April 25th and I will be out there then hopefully getting one for us.

And good luck to you Rbaker, get us on the board. Let us know how you make out each day your out so we have something to do in here

Well I went out yesterday afternoon... didnt see anything! Its like they knew the season started and didnt show up. We have cameras out there and they are that the feeder all day. Last week we had a strong wind all day, and it was strong, gusts up to 91mph!!! and guess what we counted 14 in the picture. Same thing a few days later. Snow on the ground and I have pics of them covered in snow.
Oh well though, still have 60 days left.
