It sounds like you had quite an experience here in the great state of Oklahoma Will.
It's not always easy here. I often laugh when I hear people complaining about 20mph winds. That would make for a lovely day here!

That is quiet a story , I couldn't imagine how you felt.
Sorry to hear about your hog, I'm sure it won't go to wast.
My second day out was cold and wet with no bird activity at all , will try again tomorrow.

It's funny Will, I was telling Zach about the hunt. I mentioned something about how big your Okie balls must be to live in all that hell (tornados, wind, heat, insects, etc.). Then I realized...bloody ticks probably eat their share of nads. I had 14 on me just the first morning. My body is still crawling!
I hand it to you Okies, That was some tough hunting...but fun! I do it again in a heart beat.
Richard, I would have sure liked to have that hog...

Set up this am by 5:45 am and was thanking God for my success at 6:10 am. I just got this new GT500 off of AT classifieds yesterday, setup a limb driver on it, sighted it in, and killed this 25 lb 10" beard 1" long spurs within hours of owning it. He came in and attacked my pretty boy and knocked him off of his stake. I drilled him at 20 yds with a Spitfire Gobbler getter from my Double Bull Matrix while he stood on pretty boy. I got a complete pass thru, but the arrow never left the bird. I shot him broadside right where his wing attaches to his body.
