I was just looking through our posts and I guess we never did have more than 4 of the assigned team check in. It looks like there's quite a line-up of alternates waiting to be assigned. I hope they're enthusiastic.
Captain 1shot, do you want to rattle a chain or two and get us some participating members?

New team #9 member checking in. I Live/hunt in Saskatchewan, Canada. I have mulie and whitetail buck tags this year. Mulie season is till the 14th, I will be concentrating on them for the next few outings and then turning my attention back to whitetails which runs till Dec. 7th. So far antler growth appears down from previous years, we've had a couple hard winters and the result is less bone. I've had a heck of time finding really good bucks of either species. Then throw in some bad luck too boot, few weeks ago had a hangfire with the smokepole on a dandy whitetail. Haven't seen hide nor hair of him in 2 weeks...boo. I missed him for sure found where the bullet impacted below the deer. Good news rut is ramping up and I'm sure a few will come out of the wood work for it. Some colder weather & even a little snow wouldn't hurt either, unseasonally warm so far.
Best of luck all.
My last 2 gun whitetails.

So how do we know who on our team has killed what? Without going to the main page and keeping track. Will we have a listing or something that Captain 1shotkill1993 will keep updated?
This is the first team I have been on BTW, I am fairly new to the forum.
When does everyone's modern gun seasons start? Mine starts November 14.

skeeter, glad to have you here. Those are very nice bucks; Saskatchewan bucks can afford to lose a lot of growth and still be bigger than most anywhere else.
I suspect you'll get 1 or 2 dandies and we are all anxious to see your hunting results this year.
chevymanar, the list of deer acquired by all teams is in the 'Official 2009-2010 Picture and Score Post' sticky thread. Our firearms season began Sept 10 and ends Oct 31 for mule deer, Nov 24 for whitetails.
