Solocam, great buck. Congrats on a fine trophy.

Myself, i was hunting hard and ended up hitting the best buck of my life, probably somewhere around 125. Very long story short, the buck ended up dropping a ton and i hit him up in the back strap. I searched for 3 days with dogs and other people and never found him. The blood trail was minimal to start with and i was hunting in a very small piece of woods in an industrial complex. Honestly i dont think the animal is dead, we covered all the woods within a square mile, but you never know. All i know is i am still sick to my stomach over it and this has been my worst year killing wise, i shot over a nice 8 point earlier in the year and then hit this one. I guess it happens but it doesnt make it easier to swallow. Anyhow, now that the rut is winding down, between all the people asking for venison i need about 5 does to fill up the freezers. That being said, any doe that walks by is in big trouble. Hopefully ill get another crack at a nice buck, but you only get so many chances a year and ive already botched 2 up, but we will see. Hopefully you all are doing well who havent tagged out yet and we can put some more bone on the ground!

Awesome Solo! Love the grin on your face
I was never a math major but the I come up with a total of 122 6/8

I got out this afternoon, took a doe just before dark.
Was texting the wife to let her know I would be late, looked up and a small basket 6 had walked in.
