I got a pass til Thanksgiving so I'll be huntin' hard. TS Ida has forced a break for the past 2 days but things are clearing and I'll be back after them tomorrow.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! thats so awesome!! well, i didnt get one this weekend.. on sunday, I saw the biggest fork tho.. it was about an inch inside the ears and was about 9 or 10 inches tall.. crazy little guy. i passed on him.

BUT! i took my little cousin out for his first time bow hunning and he managed to connect with a nice 8 pointer. a GREAT buck for his first deer! he isnt quite strong enough yet to pull back a bow that will put the arrow all the way through, but he made a great shot and it only went about 60 yards or so. it didn't bleed very much which was kind of surprising.. but it was still awesome!!

looks like i just created a bow hunting addict now.

what website is it again that you can use to show pics if they are to big? i keep forgetting..

Hey guys...sorry I haven't been around. I have been hunting but it has been a slow season for buck sightings so far. I have only seen a few yearlings and a 2 yr old. I will still be getting out a number of times through the end of the month so it can still happen. Congrats on the great deer BuckRogers!

Here he is gents. I rough scored him in the mid 130's.
I've killed quite a few 8 pointers, but this is by far the biggest!
