Nice buck my friend! Went out tonight and finally dropped a doe. She had a nice 9pt harassing her however I didnt have my "earn a buck" sticker here in Wisconsin so I had to nail the doe first. I nailed her and the buck actually hung around for nearly 2 mins without spooking however a shot never presented itself and he ended up just walking away. Its been terribly slow here this week with warmer than usual temps etc. Corn is finally getting picked and the cooler temps are getting the deer moving again. I have 2 more good days lined up for bowhunting and hope to knock a buck down. More to follow!

Great job Bryan, sounds like a good one! I was out Thurs. Sat. & Sun. from before dawn to sunset. Only saw 2 does Sat. & Sun. but Thurs. was crankin. Seen 5 bucks between 8:00 & 8:30. 4 came out at once...a spike, forkhorn, 2.5yr old 8pt. and an absolute monster. The 2.5yr old gave me a 15yd shot but the monster buck was milling around at 60yds. Couldn't get him into range. Seen another huge 8 chasing a doe at 4:30 but he was not close enough to get it done either. The orange army starts on Fri. Still have until Jan. 15th. Good luck everyone!!

He's a brute, congrats.
