Hey guys, I just got added to your team by Rob. I'm looking forward to a great season! I'll be hunting in Alabama. My name is Trae, and my website is www.huntchristiancreek.com

Our season starts October 15th. I've got some decent pictures from the trail cameras, I'll post them soon.

Trae,

I will be hunting Fort Deposit and Searcy. I served as the pastor of the Ft. Deposit UMC several years ago and always go back to hunt opening weekend and maybe another couple of times during the year.

Glad to have you on the team.

Trae, it looks on Google Earth that your place is about 6 mi southwest of Greenville. I will be about 8 mi North West. That's some great land for deer... even better for turkeys. Good luck.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! Yea, we've had that lease for 10 years and taken a few nice bucks off it. And you are right, there are alot of turkeys! I'd rather turkey hunt than anything!

I won't actually be hunting at Christian Creek for opening weekend, my brother and I are going with a friend to North Alabama close to Bankhead National Forest, there are some BIG deer there and we hope to get the drop on a nice one. I've had a trophy rock out for the summer and we've been trying to pattern a big eight and another buck that we aren't sure how big he may be. I live in Tuscaloosa and it it's about an hour from my home. We'll see it if works out!
