Well my buddy Matt, he is going to the Maritime Law Enforcement Academy in Charleston, SC on Sat. ( we all have to go to it if we do Law Enforcement in the CG) So he only has thursday and friday to hunt. So I told him to hunt my stand last night. He shoots a big doe! I am happy for him. Seems how he will be gone all season long! Poor guy! I found this spot on public land that I am going to give a try tonight. Ground blind action!

Im getting out this weekend for bow hunting. I should be able to do fine with my thumb. I haven't practiced yet with my muzzies which might be a problem. Ill do it saturday morning because I dought I will be hunting then. I have a football game in Fort Madison which is two hours away and I wont get home till like 1 in the morning so I dont plan on hunting the next morning.

Good luck pope, I will also be in a tree 2moro evening. I will be looking to shoot a doe but won't pass up a 160 if i get a chance.

Our season doesn't open till the 15th here in Bama, but I've had the cameras out and got a few promising pics! I thought I'd share with you guys. I hope I do this right!

I thought it would be gone by yesterday, but notice the dates on the pictures, and the amount of corn left, I'm sure it will be gone in time.

Good going guys, I have only had a couple of days hunting already. Trying to get a trip to Arkansas in a couple of weeks and then two weeks after that is my Illinois trip.

I didn't have any luck this weekend. Did see 3 does but none were close enough to get a shot at.
