Hi team,
I've been out shooting also, and hanging my stands. I only have the stand I built from job site scraps 11 feet tall x 2 feet wide.
( picts of it found here lol)

And the ground blind I built from an old tent.( picts also)

I am ready for season to open and try these stands out!!!!

Mud, can you shoot your bow out of that short tent?
Less then two weeks till it opens, yippy skippy.

Just can't stand being on #2, we belong #1

an 11' stand would never work here in Michigan! These deer are so overhunted they look up! I actually prefer to hunt out of my ground blind.

I usually hunt 12 to 16 feet, thats what my ladder stands are. When I hunt out of a hang-on I never hang it higher then 15-16ft.
I might be a sissy to some of you , but wait until you fall with one and see if you change your stand height. Yes I use a safety belt but I did not have a chance to hook it on when my stand failed and I hit the ground(hang-on type).
Besides in my part of the country you don't have to hunt so high, atleast the areas that I hunt. I do hunt from the ground alot too!

Just keeping us at the top.

Should be able to get my trail cam card this weekend. Farmers have started combining the corn where I hunt at.

Thank you all .The tent is more for gun than bow if i had a short ata bow then mabie.I am the only person who hunts the woods here.No other pressure from hunters in the last 15 yrs ,...so i think i will be good to go at any hight.

That is a pretty good one for Florida. The one behind don't look bad either.
Bust a rib on one of them.
Good luck on those bucks.
