The bucks are fallen faster now, you can tell the rut is in full swing.bad newsfor me, gun season opens today TWO WEEKS! have to wait and see whats left.
It would be nice to hear from every one ,mabe just a short update on how your season is going ?

We have a bunch of young bucks running all over. A few sightings of some decent bucks. I can't hunt today but will be back out tomorrow.

not much to tell here been a few times seen really nothin. but next friday its back home for a week and i dont plan on comin back empty handed. cant hunt during the week now but will be out sat. me and my buddy are closin in on some nice ones hes seen so hopefully sat. we will connect on a couple. good luck to you guys.

Had to pass on this guy today.....we only get one buck tag in Ky. This is the 3rd P&Y I could have killed this year on the public land I hunt. 
Sorry about the Pic's...It took an hour to walk in to where I shot him, and 3 hours do get him out....I wasn't about to pack my bow back in for the drag.
I didn't weigh him but he was in the 180-190 rang field dressed.

Man was I close to Pope and Young!
I scored him at 127" Gross and just a tad over 125net... After the 90 day drying period I bet he will not make it? Still a solid buck for MI!
This are really starting to heat up out there guys I look forward to seeing a few more for the team drop this week! Go Get em!

Congrats on your buck. It has been like we never had a rut around here. A few young bucks giving chase and working scrapes but nothing of any size. All the action has been at night with temps around 60 or so. I've been seeing deer just not anything to put my tag on. This morning I never saw a deer.I did break down and shoot another doe out of boredom a couple days ago. Hopefully a few good bucks get on their feet and start searching. The gun shooting will be starting soon.

just got back literally 5 mins ago. sorry to say no deer, did see a solid 130in 8pt. but stupid me didnt have my bow and was on my to hang a new stand. this is on monday, then tues. morning lots of activity but no shooters then the rest of the week nothin a few small bucks here and there but nothin worth shootin. hopefully after thanksgiving i will get another chance at a decent buck but very doubtful gun season opens here tommorrow. so its gonna be slim pickins after that. hope you guys have a great thanksgiving and be safe, and good luck.
