We have not been seeing any shooters. The orange army hits the woods on Monday for a week. Most of my guys will call it quits by Thursday. I'll be out there in orange but in the tree with my Hoyt. Hopefully I don't get shot out of the tree.

I never saw a shooter during the gun season. I had a couple of oppertunities just not what I'm looking for. I still have untill Feb. to bow hunt. I'll probably go back out tonight in this storm to hunt. They may head for food early.

We are coming down to crunch time . The last week here we usually do pretty good .
There is a foot of snow and trails are starting to be used regular back and forth from food source.
below 0 temp. helps to get them out in the day light.
So bundle up and giver hell the last few days.

That buck is great compared to what I've been seeing. My problem is lack of food sources. They ate up everything I planted long ago. There is nothing for miles but browse. All the crops are gone. Not much to key in on. Next year I will have standing crops. I'm still trying, and seeing a few. We are starting to find sheds.
