Handicap or no handicap?

Just curious to see what the majority wants here. This will run until 5pm EST tomorrow, the majority of votes will determine what we do and will be final.

If there is only one class... than yes handicaps.... If there are seperate classes than no...

EDIT*

[/align]Overall my vote would be no handicaps. No matter the number of classes.

Is there a prize? If not.....why would we need them?

We don't need them..... They do however help beginners stay interested longer not seeing themselves 40-80 points behind the leader each week.....

The handicap as you know benefits the beginner and "handicaps" the experienced shooters... It helps keep everyone focused on their shoot.

I am fine either way...I will hold my own without one.... I just think some newbies could use the encouragemnt they offer.

RE: Handicap or no handicap?

I dont think we need them. We didnt last year, and I really dont care how many points behind the leader I am. I know I am not going to beat guys like Rick James, Buckeye, and mobow, but i'm just doing it to get better and to improve my shooting so one day I can be as good as the guys mentioned. It's just a fun way of competing to get better for me. That and to talk a little smack to the other guys even tho they are better.

I voted for no handicaps. The best shooter deserves to win anyway IMO.

Handicap all the way. And in my case, the bigger the better. ;)
