Hey I got back from NY late last night,I hope you all had a great week end since I see very little posting got done.
We whacked 19 geese so I have some fine jerky makings in the sink now.
It looks like the " Buck Bombers " have won out.I hope one of you guys has some photo shop experience or I'm gonna have to black mail Germ to doan Avatarfor us.[:-]
I still have allot of work to get done this week,and I have to be in Chicago on (9/11 thru 9/15) so I won't have time to post much.You guys can pick up the slack.

Are you sure your not shooting cormorants?
I've never had bad goose jerky ,I slice it about 1/4 inch thick ,marinate it over night and about 10 - 12 hours in a dehydrate its fantastic.
Ihave a recipe some where if i can find it I'll get it to you.
