Hey Virgil, glad to have you on board. Hope you put down one of them bucks! Sounds like you're pretty dedicated so I don't think you will have a problem getting one.

Man, you guys are getting me jealous. I graduated Bucknell University in 2003. Unfortunately i didnt get to hunt out there, but looking back, what a wasted opportunity. Not that im an old man or anything like that, but enjoy college and the life you have now, cause once the real world comes around, things will never be the same. There just isnt enough time in the day to get everything you need to done. Man that just made me feel like my dad.

Anyhow, on to more important items. I just found out that the the one property that i hunt just released their permits. Im heading off in about 45 minutes to go and pick mine up! This is the property where i blew a chance and a 140 inch 8 point last season. I never heard of him being killed, so hopefully he is still out there.

Man, that's the truth!! What I would give to have my schedule from two years ago. For the last 3 years of college (yes there were more than 4) I had only tuesday/thursday classes... the rest of the time, the woods were mine!! I loved it!

Your closer to your college years than I am Steven, I graduated in 1998. And that was after five years of punching holes in the ocean on a fast attack submarine. I ended up getting my degree in Wildlife Science after a few forays into engineering and landscape architecture.

This is my fourth year. My past 3 years I have taken Tuesday/Thursday classes in the fall so I can hunt. Yes, I have to cram on Wednesdays but it is totally worth it on the weekends.
