All dinks on my end thus far and a early doe gun season starting Wednesday will no doubt throw things out of wack my way.

BTW, Huck a 40 yard neck shot on a turkey? Quite impressive!

Saw a black bear on the road on my way home last night at 6:00PM. Just around the corner from my house. About 150# I'd guess. He didn't seem in too big of a hurry to exit but was down the neighbors driveway before I could get my camera phone to take a pic. Originally he was 10 yards away when I stopped.

Sorry I missed this yesterday Ryan. Happy Birthday. One of my best bud's birthday is the 14th as well, his son's is the 15th and his mom's is the 13 (along withanother best bud). Just a little birthday trivia for you. LOL

Weather is warm here, moon is full, and the chestnuts are all gone so I think my opportunity to shoot a doe in the yard is gone. I'm going to try a hunt rightbehind work one evening this week.

Yeah Ryan, Happy B-Day!

Chuck, I just happened to hit where I was aiming. I did not have time to range the bird, and I guessed 40 yards. My past experience-I always shoot low. I figured, with that aim point, I'd have a better chanceof getting her either way. It all worked out...lucky. Keep plugging buddy!

Peak and Gary, you guys keep after it too!

I'm chasing Speed goats tomorrow with the guys from Penn. and La. We'll be hunting elk after that-for the next two weekends.

Stay positive guys!
