Yep it was nice just to see deer.
With the amount of mesquitoes there was no way i a was bearing anthing out there. My cabin was on sight so it wasnt so bad. Could have went back out but I ate alot and figured more was to come. Now it the rain would quit we could get back out there. I dont mind a little but this is to much to hunt in. Wish it would cool off too.

it was wet here this weekend, very wet, saw plenty of deer and let a nice 10 walk. I vowed again never to shoot another good buck in the rain after losing that 14 pointer a few years back.

Well Tony, I was hoping the rain would stop, if it would have heda been dead! Monday night had a different 10 come in but wouldnt come out for clear shot. I think he winded me or saw me or somn. Im leaving that stand alone untill tomorrow nite. No hunting for me tonight, have to paint inlaws car tonight. Went out lastnight sat in my Gorilla Field Edge Quad Pod and saw quite a few deer, had do no more than 20 feet infront of me, didnt shoot her because she had a little one with her, andI meen little. Still had spots [&:]. If she would have shown up alone, Ida plugged her arse.
