I didn't enter the contest in 05 and 06 I don't think? Thought it was bad luck LOL
Struck out in PA both years and then passed up bucks that would have been my best to date in the midwest because I was holding out for a real slammer.

Last year.......I finally broke through on a bonafide good one here in PA, this year is looking good as well.

I should have 3 bucks bigger than this one on my wall just from the 03-05 seasons but a little bad luck here or there kept it from happening every time. A poorly placed bush at 18 yards preventing a shot, Spooking the doe another one was with, and then of all things a housecat in the woods turned a giant away from my stand. That's where all the "curse" talk was coming from last year.

Anyway another look at my 07' PA buck.

No Tony, you dont. In fact I believe I'm the onlyblack bowhunter inMinnesota. I've just got the Michael Jackson thing going on. I mean the skin, not little boys.[:'(]

Thats a real dandy Matt. I just read your original post the other night for the first time, quite the long haul on that buck, but you should be darn proud you kept going with it when the majority would have given up.

Tony, this is your year. Time to make things happen, or seriously man,we will trade you to the sharks.

WV, good luck to you on the move. I switched careers 4 years ago, and dang I was sick to my stomache, but it all worked out great, change just isnt easy. Good luck to you too, and head to the woods when it gets stressful.

I know these Wisconsin boys must have some dandies on their wall as well as OK and PA. When we win it this year I say we all get tshirts made and get a pair of glasses like wisconsin bowhunter has.
