Well keep it in mind then. In my friends yard where I plan on hunting tuesday morning, he almost hit an big 8 point pulling out of the driveway. The buck just moved off his driveway, look at him as he drove past and then back on to the driveway to finish eating the bush he was working on.

ken i like it alot... i like the 25-06 alot... i jus wish i had the cal. in a cheaper gun... im so scared to markin up my abolt sence its such a pretty gun i hardly ever use it... id rather use my savage 270 with a compoiste stock... cant hurt it... but i love shootin the 25-06 for sure..

I would can't wait to try out my 25.06 monday morning. Should be real fun to hunt with. I will be alternating between it and my 30.06 rem 7600. I just wanted a 100gr bullet and ended up with the 117gr.

The 25.06 did a few does in, but the Drenalin did in a close to 130" buck today! Pics, and score to follow! We are back into the game!

Here he is, 130 2/8 gross...going to drop under 125 with deductions and after drying.

Geesh the bow contest forum has died. Just a bump to get the teams morale up alittle bit with my deer.

Ken- Nice buck!! You said you would nail one. I'm sure most of us were away due to Thanksgiving. I can't get back into the woods with a bow for a few weeks, unfortunately.

Great job Ken. Sorry, I haven't been too motivated. I'll put points on the board, I'm positive of that. I just need to go out and hunt. I haven't hunted this less then the year I began hunting. I have other things on my mind.
