I'll be out tomorrow afternoon,Saturday and Sunday. I usually for some reason do better the second weekend. Still have a lot of standing corn around here that the farmers are diligently trying to get out. Hopefully they do by Friday.

Early bow season is officially over tonight. The gun season starts Saturday. Seen a couple shooterson the last few nights I hunted, but again they where just a little to far away. So I've struck out as far as bow season goes.

Congrats Rory. That's one heck of a buck. I have only been out a few times lately with no luck but i will be heading out in a little bit.

Hey guys how's everybody doing? I have had no luck so far this year but I did something yesterday that is going to make the next 11 months very long. I sent my deposit for a week of hunting in Carroll county Illinois the last week of October. It will not help me this year but man am I excited.

Well gun season is over today and I don't think it ever gets done quick enough. I'll be out on Friday but that is the start of muzzleloader season here in Missouri. Not quite as many ML hunters around here and most just try to get their buck and then they're done. We've seen many Big Bucks that I know have made it through the season. I've still got both buck tags so hopefully I can get in between a hot doe and the shooter bucks that are trying to get those last hot does of the month. Good luck guys.
