Congrats PA yote hunter!!

I went out yesterday morning, I was hoping it would be cooler. It wasn't. Then the rain came. I did have a small buck come within 5 yards of me while I was taking my climber down. That was kind of amusing.

I'll be out tomorrow.

Congrats on the buck Steven and hope you have a lot more to come.
I guess the rest of us better stop slacking. I'll be back out Saturday.

Heading out at noon today, should be in the tree by 1:30. BEAUTIFUL day today, light breeze, sunny, about 58 degrees. Had some frost this morning, so hopefully the mosquitos are done. I don't think I have recouped the last two pints I lost. Good luck this weekend everyone!

Good luck out there Mike! I'm not going until tomorrow for an all day hunt. The high yesterday was 87, today it's 75, and tomorrow is 66! Whoo hooo. That'spretty good cold front for SC.

Good luck everyone!!

I realized earlier today that bow season is out here in MD while the 3 day muzzleloader season is in.
I'll be out for an all day muzzleloader hunt tommorow.
The good thing is, if I shoot a buck I can shoot 2 doe and purchase another buck tag.
Good luck to everyone else hunting this weekend--be safe!

Way to go Yote hunter!
I've had my chances this yr and hind sight is 20/20...... now I wish I took them. I would have had my best archery buck to date. I'm limited but not out. I'm gonna scoot out tomorrow after work until dark. We had whore frost this am and its been cold during the day. I've heard reports of the smaller bucks chasing already

Well TX was great fun - just no shooters.
Probably saw 12-14 125" 8s & 10s.
Had 3 of them within 10' of the ground blind (Now that was fun).
This particular ranch has a lot of good bucks on it and this is the first time we have ever hunted it this early.
I will be going back there in mid DEC and should be seeing better bucks then.
Well, time to get ready for KS on Nov 9th - My first trip to KS and I am really looking foward to it
Good Luck guys
Leo

Well everyone I finally got some meat in the freezer!! I thumped a doe Saturday afternoon around 6:30. I'll put some pics up tonight when I get out of the tree. I'm just glad I finally got the monkey off my back and got the first deer down for the year!

Good luck everyone!
