Another pic.

The WEAK spot of a solid limb!!!! Exactly why there are a LOT of split limb bows nowadays!!!! And if it had been a laminated limb, it wouldn't have dont that!!!

With today's modern technology, I don't think that either split limb or solid limb bows are any better or worse than each other.

I know one thing that I am not comfortable with and that is the fact that up until Bowtech came out with theGuardian and General, split limbs just didn't have the support as a solid limb.

If one limb were to go weak, then all the stresses would fall onto the axle of the cam. That is a serious issue.

With the additional moving parts associated with a split limb, it just wasn't for me.

I had half the county wondering what that gun shot was.

Your team mate can describe what happened. He wasn't more than 4 feet away from me at that point.

It was just embarassing to be missing targets at 20yds. I even stopped, checked the cable, string and cam. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

By the way, that's a nice Carp you took in the Muskegon Tourney.

What range did you take that fish at?

That's awesome. Put up much of a fight? I had a neighbor while growing up in Wisconsin would go out for carp at night. He had a big ole rig. Flat boat with tons of flood lights.
