I've hunted 20 times in the 14 days our season has been open...
I tried some of that last year and burned out all my stands. This year I am taking it a little slower until the 24th. Then Matt gets home and we will be out a lot. I still have 4 of my 9 stands that have never been hunted. We are also looking at putting up one in a spot we have never hunted sometime when he is here. It is a ladder stand and I can't get it installed by myself.

I still have the rut stand I haven't been in. I haven't been busted at all this year so I am not worried. Tearing up the old carpet in the house getting ready to lay hardwood floors. Bought all new flooring for the house before I retired and had to cancel the installers when I didn't get my pension off the bat. [:@]

I just did that to the whole house, it's only 3 years old but the wife wanted wood floors. Here is the main room. Looks like I'll be hunting in the rain thisFri and Sat. I'll hang the stand Fri and put my umbrella up cause I'm not going to let the rain damper this day and a half hunt. Got a feeling about it

Wanna stop by and help me lay 3/4"? Figure 15 hour drive each way and we could knock it out in 12 hours of non-stop action and you could be back home in 4 days easy!

Throw in a hunt on one of your prime spots and you could have a deal
