Got out tonight and speed scouted the perimeter of an area without disturbing it....looked at some aerial maps beforehand without ever having been to this place....saw 3 deer and about 8 turkey, 2 of which were gobblers. Was a lot of fun. Getting primed up and ready for October 4th baby.

Sideways, I have been planting HOTSPOT.....it is a small area back in the middle of nowhere. I thought I would give it a try and see how well it works. I will post some pics once it is up if there is anything to see.

Yes virginiashadow im going out this weekend.. Sorry i couldnt reply, been pretty busy gettin stuff ready... Im pumped! this morning went to put my camera out, very nice 10 pointer standing 25 yards in the field from my blind, so i had to lay in the long grass and wait for him to walk away...
