No luck Saturday. Probably won't make it out this week but the weather is supposed to take a nice turn after next weekend. We are looking highs in the 70's this week. I typically save up my time in the woods for later on in the season.

Well guys I hope you perdictions are right but like solo everywhere I hunt is surrounded by hundreds of acres of corn.Its really supposed to start cooling down this week highs in mid 50s. I'm going tocontinue to get out as much as possible.

Hi Guys, Well I only got to hunt on Sat. this weekend. Had to work Sunday. Will hunt Fri. & Sat. and that will be it for 4-5 wks. Will be working 75 hrs./wk. for that time frame, and I"ll probably spend my one day off
per week with the wife. Good thing is season goes till Dec. 15, so plenty of time after our outage. I still have not seen one deer while in the woods yet!! I think I might have jinxed myself joining this contest! Actually, I know that is Bull; I'm just waiting till latter in the season to shoot one !!!

Well guys opening day of PA has come and gone and I was blessed to be able to harvest this great 2 1/2 yr old doe. I shot her at 8:50 am at a range of 16yrs! She only went 60yrd before piling up. I'll be back out this saturday trying for a good buck..wish me luck!
