I didn't have any luck with the muzzleloader, but the two week long rifle season opens here in Oklahoma on the 22nd of this month. I've been getting some great pics on a couple of my camera's and they're starting tomove during the daylight now. Hopefully I'll get a crack at a good one in a couple of weeks. OK Guys.. I scored one for Team 8 tonight.. It's late and I just got done dragging this guy out of a creek bottom.. I know you hate this but I will post pics and score sometime Saturday, it's late and I'm ready for dinner..

I've hunted hard all year with little success but opening day of gun was good. Lots of deer movement. I did a very rare thing and missed first thing this morning on a big 12.. But made up for it tonight with a perfect shot on a really nice 9 point.. Not a monster but nice and some good points for us. He has a split brow and two kickers off back, next year i think he would have been a drop tine but oh well..

Ok Here he is... Thought he'd go a little more but he scored out at 108 4/8 non typical.. He scored just a couple points higher non typical than typical due to his little split brow tine he had going on..

Can't get another buck unless I do it with my bow which I hope to do still.. But I will take a doe eventually.. I've let a dozen or so walk the past couple days. We have another gun season the weekend after thanksgiving weekend..

But thanks for the comments.. Now it's everyone elses turn. :D
