Should be getting in one of my scratch scores tonight, with a half tuned-new string/cables bow. (Starting the excuses already ;))

As far as the slot machine deal, there are plenty of themat Vegas, inside the casinos as well. Hope yourpayout is as good as you think it is...HAHAHA:D

This should get very good seeing that there are several guys who already know each other. That makes for some good smack talking there. As for me I believe I will wait till some scores start coming in and see who really rises to the top. Anybody can go out there and practice but who will make it count when you need to thread five shots to score that 300 when the scores count for real. I'll check back to see how it's going.

I shot my 2nd scratch score at the club with #1gunnut. After I spun him around 3 times, took off the blindfold, and pointed the target out to him, he didn't do half bad for his first scratch, but he's still too busy to post that score? Hmmmm, gunna hafta do it eventually...

Well it is not in my nature but if you insist, I will join in on the fun.

The days are starting to wind down here on getting those scratch scores in so you older guys better pick up those bows cause you know us younger guys are in shape and ready to go. :D

Well I am getting about 10 hours of practice in a week so I would say that I am about ready to go. Can't wait to get this thing started.

I think i must be getting old, I have been on the weights for the last three weeks and i still got wore out on my first scratch[&:]But i have alot of room for improvement and with a handicap attached im gonna woop some but before it is over with. There is my smack, and it also needs some improvement.[8D]

Alright, you guys are all in big trouble. Considering I probably suck more than anyone here, I've got nowhere to go but up!

I would have posted my scratch scores, but I'm still trying to work on my strength so I can shoot more than 20 arrows before I have to take a nap.

Just kidding, my targets should be arriving any day now, and I'll get my scores up there. I can't wait to get started!

I did better than I thought for my first time ever shooting at one of these targets (282/24X). I may have screwed myself as far as hcp goes.....but I try ever shot...every time.....and I don't know any other way. I also hate hcps (former PGA Professional)...lol.

I'll try every shot....every week....every time. I'm just hoping it makes me a better shot.

Kinda fugrued something like all the excuse's some are coming up with was gonna happen.
Now thats its time to enter the scratch scores , I see some are finding ways to back out at the last minute.
Thats ok if theydon't want to play , just less competition for me I'm not mention any names you all know who you are.

Hey guys.....no "smack" from this guy.....lol.

I've never shot competitively.....other than my archery shop 3D's (3x a yr). I'm glad this is all for fun and bragging rights.....and I hope to improve my skills. I'm trying every shot.
