Well not much going on here. I'm gonna go get in a tree and try and smack a doe this evening. Nothing happening on the job search. I've sent out my resume to 3 companies so far. Hopefully something will come of one of them.

Nothing on the job front. I got busted by 5 does on Friday. I was sitting in my buddies stand and he had gotten busted by them on Wednesday. They came in and acted like they knew I was there. The wind was in my favor too. The didn't come in until right at dark...I mean it was VERY close to dark. I was just getting ready to get down when I heard them coming. I wasn't moving and a couple of them started stomping their front feet...we all know that means trouble. I can't hunt tomorrow...besides, we're actually getting SNOW here in NC for the first time in 4 years!! I'll be back at it next week. Have a good weekend fellas.


By the way. I was looking the other day and a few of our teammates have not logged into the sight since the day our team was formed. We were at a disadvantage before we even started!! Oh well. Take care guys and I'll keep you posted on the hunting and job hunt.

Hey Mike. I'm not on here as much anymore since I'm not in front of my computer all day working! Not a whole lot going on here. The weather has been kinda windy and warm the last couple of days so I haven't tried to go nanny whackin. I'll probably go later this week.

I guess now that hunting season is over nobody wants to talk!! It sucks that half of our team never even bothered to check in after the first freakin day!! We were screwed from the get go!!

Well guys I have decided that I'm finally gonna get into turkey hunting this spring. I have a basic knowledge but I've got a lot to learn. I bought a slate call and some diaphragm calls this weekend. I just ordered a turkey vest from Cabela's. The season opens in about a month. I think I'll try to kill my first with my shotgun and work up to my bow. So what's the secret to killin the gobblers!??!:D
