Well fella's, I went another weekend without seeing a deer. Yeah, this is getting very frustrating I had a season like this a couple years ago. I only saw 1 doe all season, and I hunted every weekend. Im going to be switching spots and hunting closer to where I live to see if I cant slam something this coming weekend. I hope everyone is doing well and good luck to ya.

Man SteveO, I hope your luck isn't what I run into this coming week. I finally bought my tags on-line yesterday, (2 doe tags and my buck tag)for KS. Talked to my best friend back there and he says they really startedsparring last week, so the bucks are dispersing for sure.
Hope to have at least a little more action than what SteveO is having![8D]

I'm checking out for the next 10 days. Heading to KS. to help get the fall crops in and wheat planted. Sounds like I'll get to hunt the mornings, since there is frost or dew on the crops until about 10 a,m. each day and we can't plant any more wheat until we get the soybeans cut. We do No-Till planting so we plant wheat right in the soybean field once the beans are cut.
It's been nice and cool back there. I'll drive back after work tomorrow and will hunt Friday morning, and hopefull each morning there after. Wish me luck! I might take the time and get on line on the farm, but they are on dial up and it'll have to be a big buck for me to take the time to do it. Plus, I don't know for sure if they have any way to download pics. from my camera!

Later and good luck everyone!!

Checking in as well. Been some time since I was last on the forum. Haven't had the time to hunt over the past 10 days or so due to a death in the family. So things have finally settled and I will be back out tomorrow morning and then I have a few days off next week as well. Hope to be posting another update soon!
