Well fellas, Humberto crushed my plans to get to my lease this past weekend to check my camera and plot. Had to clean up some downed trees, limbs and other debris from my yard, and help my parents and neighbors do the same. Finally got electricity restored Saturday about 4pm. If I can get away from work, I'll be going up on the 24th. My season opens the 29th but I have to work that weekend, so I won't be able to hunt til Oct 6th. Kinda bummed about that!

Well I'm back..nice pics labhunter.I did keep an eye out on ya tho!

Here in Indiana our season opened on the 15th. I got to go in the evening. I got to my spot about three hours before dark and saw only one deer the whole time. I think it was a small buck but I really couldn't tell. My friend went to another stand that I moved and he saw about ten deer. None of which were any bucks. The weather has gotten hot again so I don't know if it will be worth going or not. Opening day the high was only 75. But now it is back into the high 80s or 90s. Do you guys still go hunting even though it is really hot? Or do you wait until a cool day to go? I will let you guys know if I have any succeess.

man...I can't hunt the Kentucky Hunt for huntingnet members but I am going to film if I go!

Here's my first attempt at using a game camera. I think I will shoot the one on the left if given the chance. He may not be big for you boys, but I've only shot one bigger.

Nice pic Arjuna... Are you feeding your little friends? If so, you gota be carefull not to overfeed. Just enought to keep them searching. I can't wait to see more pics!!!
