52 years old, This will be my 40th season as a Bowhunter. Im a Fly Fishing, Upland Bird Hunting Guide, I also make Custom made Fly Fishing Nets, Rods, and Tie Leaders and Flys for the local Fly Fishing Shops in the area. Have been an Iron worker, Bondsmans Investigator, and spent 14 years in the Military.
Married to my Wife Chris for 36 years who is also a Guide and an avid Bowhunter of 27 years, If it was notfor her we would go without Deer meat some years! She also Raises,Trains, and Sells German Shorthaired Pointer Pups.
We have 3 Children, John 35, Sheeri 31, and Zeb (rutnut) 29, and 11 Grandchildren.
Hope to get to know you all better over the season.

Oh cool Silver. I have owned, bredand trained GSPs for about 16 years. I used to do Field Trials and Hunts Tests from PA to VA but stopped when I had to buy birds, and eventually raise birdsjust to train the dogs. The pheasant and quail population has depleted to almost nothing in MD in areas where they both thrived some years ago. I still have 2 GSPs but they are to old to hunt anymore and being as the upland bird population most likely wont be coming back, the next dogs I get will be labs. We have tons of waterfowl here in MD.

HI Miller and Trev Welcome guys.. Man we're gonn have us some fun.

Ok My Bio.
42 year old.. Happily married to Lori, with 3 kids.. My stepson, I've been in his life since he was 5..is now 14. I also have a boy, Brandon 3 (who was born onleap day)and a girl Brooke at 1.5 By education, I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I schooled at YSU (Youngstown State U.)I work in the Aluminum Extrusion Business. Currently Managing a Tool & Die Shop. I live in NE Ohio and also have a family hunting camp in Clarion Pa. I've been hunting since I was old enough to tag along with Dad on that first squirrel hunt.
Those of you who have been around HNI during the summer may be aware of this. But I totally ruptured my achilles tendon on June 23rd (yes, I did it first, and Pa/Rob just did it to "be like me"). I was coaching 13-14 YO boys baseball. I've had surgery on July 3rd, and I'm recoverying well. I should be walking without any aid or support by our opener on Sept 29th. I'm unsure if I'll be able to use a climber..but we'll play it by ear. I have a couple ladder stands that I'm sure I can get into. Obviously this is hurting my scouting and pre-season Prep.
While I do live in Ohio, we're not necessarily in the Big Buck corridor here on the Pa-line..but they are around, and I usually hold out for a nice one (125+).

Anyway,I'mlooking forward to getting to know everyone and having fun!

Thanks Diesel... I have one made by Suzuki, a 500 Vinson..lol But I'll be ok, I was walking in short bursts this weekend without crutches and just the walking boot for support. I start rehab tommorrow 3X a week.

So the only one missing is Bawanna..I'm sure he'll be checking in today.

Do we have any common ground on the team name. I like the shots at Germ and his band of Merry Men..but I want to make sure everyone's cool with it. Speak up guys.

Yeah Im all over messin with Germ and the Team Chaos crew names, this is all about having fun and what better way. My favorites in order are Germ Warfare and Germ-o-phobes
