I checked the only camera that I am running right now and out of 230 some pictures there was not one single buck. That doesn't really concern me though now. The bucks will be there soon enough.

I reset the camera with a generous helping of C'mere Deer. A buddy of mine hooked me up with some product this weekend. Can't wait to get in there this weekend and see if it is really what everyone says that it is.

Went and got 2 new cameras today at Bass pro shop, I didnt get the cuudeback this time, to expensive, I went cheaper and bought 2 stealth cams, going to weld up 2 housings tuesday and set them out wednesday on the new property I can hunt..
I just put in 3 acres of food plots and the ILL. river is going to flodd them out, they say it will be out of its banks by next week, dry all summer and I plant food plots and rain from up north is going to take them out..
Oh well I will replant if it does, at least if it does the ground will be moist:D..

Those are some great pics. Sorry to hear about the food plots. As of now, still not one drop of rain in the south part of the state. Everything is sitting on ready though, if it does. The KY season opens Saturday and my son and I went out and looked at new land this evening. I've turkey hunted and goose hunted it, so its not a completly new place. I think I'll be sitting pretty come saturday.

Sorry to hear about the trail cam's - that absolutely sucks! - I will keep my fingers crossed that the plot does not get flooded. Nice pic's - I never get tired of looking at those.

OK - time for a quickie update - we have had one trail cam up for a while - several hundered pic's of does - no bucks yet - am on the third location - set up too close to the trail and had 102 pic's with only one butt (that was a little discouraging!) - switched to a different location & backed off the trail a little more - so will see what we get.

Been getting soaked here storms have ran through pretty much the entire state at one time or another - lots of flooding. Bucks have been in the hay fields & CRP - not seeing many in the beans. Have had some buddies indicate just the opposite from their observations.
