Congrats Jim!!! Awesome story. We finally got on the board. I guess the rest of us have our work cut out for us now. I just got back in---skunked this morning. Hopefully tonight will be a little better.

Sorry guys, haven't been online much. Just getting moved into a new house and just got internet hooked up. So haven't had a chance to check in. Got a doe a couple weeks ago and haven't been out much since. Once the house gets finished and we get moved in I will get back out. Seeing quite a few bucks now.

I got skunked on Tuesday too.
Morning and evening were a dud. It got warm again and to make it worse the gnats were out.
I hate gnats.
I have a line on 2 10pts and a massive 12 my wife's girlfriend keeps telling me about.
I hunted very close to her house on Sat. but didn't see them.
Once the weather cools again , I'm hoping to get close to one of them when they start to move.
The best part is no one else is hunting that chunk of woods. I hope she can keep it a secret.

Seen my first deer the other day, young deer looking for his mom wndering through the woods. I have some pic. of some rubs in my area I will try to get up soon.

This PA weather is terrible.I was soaked with sweat by the time I got my stand up this am. Nothingseems to bemoving. The rain just started about an hour ago so hopefully it will cool everything down a little bit. I'm putting on the rain gear and headin back out soon.

It's that La Nina' crap that's missin' with the weather. It is supposed to cool down NEXT tuesday. I hope it lasts.
The deer are not moving much here. They go through my yard after dark almost every night. The deer are tuaning me.

congrats bowhunter, also hows everyone doing, any bucks in the future? i hunted last saturday on opening day, saw nothing but turkeys, but no worrys i have PLENTY of time in the woods left, good luck everyone, lets all score
