In Maine we have an extended archery season that begins on Sept 8.It is only in the suburbs of our larger cities.The actual first day of the season is sept 28 when I can go to my favorite spots.I will try to go a few times during extended season especially since you can buy as many tags as you want.

Whats goin on everyone? My name is Jarrod Higgins and Ill be 16 next week. Im hunting in S.Western KY and have 4 good bucks spotted on my uncles new farm. This will be my first year hunting the property. Our season starts Sept. 1 but im not hunting opening weekend. (me and my buddy video hunts and he won the coin toss for opening weekend[:@]) Oh well ill get one... hopefully my first buck in velevet.

DaveC signing in. Although I think this contest is bad luck for me- the last two years I've been part of it I haven't arrowed a buck

Maybe things will be different this season.
If I don't find an alternate place to hunt before season I'll be doing well to add 100" to the score ( my current lease is hard hunted land where deer don't see 3.5 y.o.).
I like the avatar but think once it isshrunkdown it will be too much to see in the little picture. Maybe cut off the left side and just go with the right side?
