I use them with great results out of a whisker biscuit. I like them and would tell anybody to try them and see for yourself. The first few I fletch I had trouble with but I wasnt getting my shafts cleaned well enough. The last dozen I bought from bass pro on sale and they fly great!! Hope this helps. Waldo

Thanks for the info. I too am using a WB and want to try and fletch them myself. Im pretty new to bowhunting (this is my 2nd year) and I hope I can get them done by Sept 22 when opening day hits!

SD, I can't help you with the Blazers, I still use aluminum arrows with feathers. I am still somewhat in the dark ages, I just gave up using fingers to go to a release last year...

AK, wish you lots of luck. Also wanted to say thanks for the challenge and offer in the contest, that's great. The only thing is the area I hunt has alot of pressure so seeing an animal of that calibur is rare, but not impossible. I'll do my best.
Our season in PA doesn't start until the 29th of September. If all goes according to plan that should be my first day in the stand.
Anyways, good luck, be safe and keep us informed.

As MD had said, our Maryland bow season opens 15 Sept. I will be out there. I hunt on a military base (qdm and tdm areas), and its tempting to hunt there first to take care of a earn-a-buck doe. But likely I'll start out on private land -- the big bucks will go nocturnal not toolong after the opener, and your first crack is usually the best chance you'll get. Still more scouting to do, then decision time...

Here in KS season starts Oct. 1. I have my eye on a really nice one. He is a basic 140"ish 10 but he has a 7"droptine. I have seen bigger bucks this year but that droptine I cant get out of my head. I live in a good area and dont see many droptine bucks, plus he was right in the general area where I killed my buck last year. Good luck to everyone. Waldo
