Thunderhead are in the catagory of the Muzzy's. They've been used for a while with great success and a lot of guys see no reason to fix wait isn't broken.

I think they are a great head. Very STRONG.. I switched to muzzy's for a couple years and I found that the muzzy's didnt' quite hold up as well as the thunderheads.. I decided to switch back this year.. Threw one on the other night, spun tested it, shot it, and Shot right with the field point.. I think they hit HARD, Make a Great HOLE, smash BONE, and fly great too..

Im shooting muzzy's this year. ive heard thunderheads are good too. i might have to give them a try.
Are the blades thicker on the thunderheads?
Ive also used the rocky mountain broadheads in the past and really liked the way they held up after shooting a deer with them.
No bowkills for me last year but im going to change that this year. i found a couple honey holes, and gained permisson to hunt this chunk of land that boarder's a vegtable farm[8D] so hopefully i can put one on the ground for the team, our UPS guy came in and he told me he seen a monster crossing the road near the farm a couple weeks ago.
Awesome pad you got there brad. Real nice bucks too man, im jealous

Good deal Brad, I'm looking forward to using them now. Love the wood on the walls and great bucks. I didn't get one last year but I almost did. Had a limb in the way at 25 yards so I didn't risk injuring the buck and let him go. I did get one in 2005, 2nd day out.
