I haven't been seeing much here. I was out all weekend and saw a sinlge fawn and thats it.

The only deer I saw this weekend was a doe and a fawn when we pulled into the driveway of the place we hunt in the morning. The good news is I am off school thursday and friday for fall break. I will be out in the woods wednesday evening through sunday morning. Should be a good week. Hopefully the deer sitings start to increase.

Well guys my season started today. Saw a doe with 3 little ones in tow this morning and I am about to get dressed for the afternoon hunt with a buddy.

i saw 30+ turkeys today, 10 came within 3 yards of me.And did i mention i was on the ground.I'd feel a little better if they were deer.

well guys, i scored on a fat healthy doe this morning.Only thing was i was using my muzzleloader b/c my dad was doing a quiet push of the woods so that i would maybe get a shot, shot her at 8:30am right after i had the turkeys within mere yards of me again.

gonna head out on thursday and try a little "light" rattling to see if ican get a buck to come in.My doe's tarsel glands were fairly dark and they are starting to stink, which means the rut should be here soon
