I hunted again yesterday afternoon.. watched two different bucks out at long ranges... saw 3 does total too.. nothing in bow range.. 1 rifle shot at the smallest buck I could see in the binocs..but the guy told me later he missed him..

bout it.. hunting tonight and all day tomorrow..

I am going out with mobow behind the house in the morning. I am getting the rain gear ready. We are supposed to have freezing rain and sleet starting around sunrise here. This could get interesting.:)

I wouldn't mind some freezing rain to hunt.
Gonna try to hunt Sun. p.m. - supposed to be mid 70's or so, but playing a front moving through that night. :eek:

Well, SH!T is all i can say.

I tried sneaking to a new stand, I was 50 yds out crawling to my spot. I heard a deer breathing, LOL It's 5:00 AM and the moon is out. I look over and there is a big buck bedded down 6 steps from me[:@] He got up ran away and banged his rack a ladder stand we use during gun season. The reason I went this way I would have never thought a BUck would bed there.
