Hey guys, Good news is that I killed a nice buck 145 2/8. The bad news is that it was with a gun & not a bow. I will post story & photos later when I get time.

Stayed up late last night scoring the buck. Sorry I took so long. I want to try my had at taxidermy and had to do reading on the net about it, then order my videos. Skinned it out last week and last night wasmyfirst chance to get it scored, well kinda, figured with all the forum rules going on I better get it done. The deer head was frozen and that is why I did not score it before. But I did post a pic of the deer the night I shot it so I think I was ok and did not do anything that the rules are talkingabout. Looks like we are in sixth place, a few guys that can get a smaller deer like mine and we have a fighting chance!

Its late season here in wi and just waiting for the wind to be right in the stand....could be a while.

Hey Kelly/Ky, are there any WMAs in Ky worth the drive from Ga? My hunting buddies and I really want to try another state (known for big bucks), but dont want to waste alot of money and time.
