I have to say guys, I got pretty proud of myself yesterday. I was shooting my bow and at forty yards I robin hooded an arrow. It was my first time to do it. I was as gitty as a schoolgirl.
opening day starts tommorow.. hopefully i'll be able to stick something... I"m going it alone on the ground... one of my favorite ways to hunt too.

grrrr. i couldn't get out this morning or tonite cause i had vball tryout and had some cousins over for the night.. so it was a no go[:@]but tommorow ill bet doing some last minute things for my elk hunt coming this weekend. i might make it out friday.. I did do some scouting this past sunday and seen a monster buck.. bout 170s we guess him at.. hopefully i can et a crack at him. but right now i have a elk hunt so deer hunting will have to wait till next week.
