Thanks, nubo, for checking in. Looking forward to another great contest again this year. This is also my 3rd, though my past teams weren't quite as high on the scoring as your past 2. We're gonna have a great team this year, no question.

I'm really excited about this season ,I see we have a few new member's on the team .I'm sure they'll have a great time and I'll be glad to help .
My bow season start's next week ,when I'll be heading up on a 4 day bear hunt ,.Today we went and checked the bait's and the bear's are definately hitting them .So just maybe I can start this season off in a good way with a bear .
Has evgeryone signed in yet ?

Good luck! Bring us back some pictures dude!! I won't start bow hunting till Sept. 15, and I am very excited.

No, we're still waiting on a few to check in. I've sent them pm's as well, but Rob just posted the teams this morning, so I'm sure they've not all had a chance to check it out yet.

It's gonna be a great year!! I'm being tutored by another HNI member here. We've been working hard and discussing a lot of things. I've learned alot from him, and have a really good plan of attack this year. I'm most hopeful indeed!

HI O all

I am charles Bradford. I live in MT but right now I am in KS for docs.Seems like I will get to hunt 3 states this year,if my leg up for hunting.I just had a bone tumor removed from my left femor bone.I just started walking on it few days ago. Any way I will hunt TX,KS and MT.I will hold out for a nice buck.
I am and will be after a drop tine buck this year.I have 2 I have seem a few times.One is only a 120 buck but has 2 real nice drops.The 2nd is a 140 or so but only has a right side drop.
I shoot a mathews safari bow.I shoot an over kill :D94# 650 gr goldtip

Nubo i hope you have a succesful bear hunt up in ontario.Get usa big one.

This will be my first year in the deer hunting contest and man i'm excited! The season here dosen't start till October 1 and i can't wait!

ELK, glad everything went ok for you. That's a bad spot to have surgery, no doubt. Those femurs are sometimes slow to heal. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery!!! You're welcome. Very, very glad to have you!

Checking in. I hunt central KY and Southern IN. I drew a KY elk tag this year and will be busy late Oct. hunting and guiding 2 hunters that drew bull tags. I hunt bow only and usually hold out for a 130+ whitetail. I've killed out 3 straight years so hopefully I can continue it. Like I said I didnt expect to draw an elk tag this year so I will be busy this fall with elk when I'm usually deer hunting. But I have an ace up my sleeve for the early season, so I'm pretty fired up.
