I shoot a reflex grizzly with grim reaper broadheads. Great pick on the name. It fits, I've been seeing a 10 point that i'd love to get to help the team out.:D

I'll be checking the cameras tonight. i'll post any pictures that I get of him.

Well we are all checked in. Now we just have to wait. I thought as long as we are waiting, I will tell you about myself and a little about where I hunt and hopefully others will do the same.

Once again my name is Dave. I am 28, married with two boys. Darren is going to be 6 on Sept 14th. Jaccob is 4. My wifes name is Nicole. I work as a Health and Safety Consultant for a yacht company, Cruisers Yachts.
I hunt a 300 acres in Oconto county and a 170 inSouthern Marinette county, 60in Northern Marinette county. The 300 wasmy first big purchase after college, the 60 my dad owns and the 170 came with the wife. Her family owns it and they don't bow hunt. I also hunt a 40 that my inlaws have behindtheirhouse. Out of all the spots that would be my favorite.None have really been managed butthere are some big bucks in all the locations.I really don't hunt with anyone. My little brother is a sophmore in college and he trys to hunt the weekends but he parties to much to be able to get up in the mornings. So as sad as it is I hunt that by myself. My dad use to hunt with me but with his health he doesn't get out more then a few times a year. I am not really a trophy hunter. I don't hunt one deer all year. Don't get me wrong I always would like to kill a nice buck, but laugh at his if you will, any animal I take with my bow I am proud of. I know some don't feel that way but I do. I enjoy just being out there. So that is me in a nut shell.

Rick here, 54 years old and 2 boys 32 and 29. I work at Fort McCoy, Wisc. and after being the gunsmith for the Army here I am now a Wildlife Tech. I've bowhunted for 42 years and now enjoy hunting for the "big one". There is not many greater feelings than to pick out a couple trophys and match wits with them. Thats primarily why I hunt bigguns, the challange.

BTW Copper, You can be the team Capt if you want to. Doesn't matter to me in the least.

I would rather not. I don't know to much about the contest once it gets started. It has been real slow at work that is the reason I am able to mess around on here as much as I do. I am a little more pumped for this season too. Let me know if I get in the way. I don't want to step on anyone's toes.

little about me...
Name is Jeremy, i'm 26and I was born and raised in SWPA, even though i spent a year and many vacations in Colorado. Actually over the past weekend went out and looked for a house. I'm an IT consulant for a manufacturing company. I'm not married, but have been with my high school sweetheart for 8 years. She just got herself a masters and is now a elementary school counselor in Colorado. (that was the purpose of this past weekends trip).

No kids....but a dog. Sometimes i think that maybe worse. He is a great bird dog, and we spend a lot of days putting up birds.

I haven't hunted whitetail since i was 14. I've never hunted archery. I got my Reflex last year and spent all winter shooting, and started scouting in late may. I have a lot of deer on film, i just hope that one crosses my path during the season.

as for trophys go...at this point i have my eye one a very nice 10 point. of course that is going to be my first option, but seeing that it is my first archery kill, i'll take what i can get.
