Hey team.... just checking in here again, i was gone out of town for a few days. Its pretty cool that were all from the midwest, I gotta pretty good feeling this year that were going to put some nice bucks on the ground.
Last evening i went out to one of my hunting area's, and there were 4 nice bucks (2shooters for sure)out feeding in the green field across the fence line from my where i have my treestand hung. I Also put out a trail cam near one of my mineral licks which look like they been hitting them hard since i put them out 3 weeks ago. so needless to say im getting really excited for the season to start.
So within a few days here, i hope to have a few game cam pics to share with the team here.

Great looking deer!
I'll be hunting public land... so I'm probably not going to be real choosey. [:-]
I do have to tag a doe first... so I'm sure a dozen monster bucks will walk by before that happens. [

I also hunt public land. But I think there are only a few guys that bow hunt the same general area that I do..I guess I will find out more when I talk to the landowners, which will hopefully be this weekend.
