Nice doe!

The area I'll be hunting requires me to kill a doe before a buck. I have a feeling the does will be hard for me to find this year. [:-]

Bow season opener up here in Wisconsin today, just thought I'd check in! I went out this morning and saw quite a few bucks, just nothing close enough. The weather turned pretty bad so I went in early, but I'm planning on going back out tonight. Hopefully i've got a good story to tell after tonight but who knows.

Sorry I haven't checked in for a long time. been out everday on the weekends since opener. No bucks yet, but I sawa HUGE doe...it was just too dark to take a shot though..had some fawns eating acorns right underneath me for about an hour, and I have seen quite a few smaller does. Next weekend is waterfowl opener, so I will probably only get out in the morning on saturday.
