Guys , I will be inactive for a while. My Father passed away last night, and hunting won't be a priority right now. I hope this doesn't sound corny or hoaky--but, I would like for us to somehow dedicate this win we are about to accomplish to my Dad. He wasn't really a hunter, but I did talk him into going with me a few times, and I bought hima 30-30, and some camo. He was thoroughly a man of God and was prepeared for this, so my grief isn't overwhelming. Don't count me out--I have done some good scouting this week, and located some good stand sights--I will just need a little time to get back in the saddle---Greg

My friend recently sent me thispic of a few of the bucks hanging around his land (and on part of my hunting area) - I never got close to any of these guys last season. It's nice to know they are still lurking around...

I'm really sorry to hear that, my sentiments as well...

Sorry I haven't checked in for a while guys, been busy fine tuning stand sites and doing a little prunning. All my stands have been hung since Feb, and I haven't visited any of till this week and boy do they ever look hot Tracks everywhere and a few early rubs...27 days to go.
