Congrats on the bear! Too bad it wasn't with a bow, but that's how life goes sometimes. At least you have deer hunting to look forward to!
I got word this morning that my dad took a 47" moose in Ontario last night at 11 yards with his bow. I'm still waiting on photos, but I'll post them when I get them. Looks like the season is starting off on the right foot anyways!

Well, I guess it's a good thing none of us had anything important going on since we lost a week's worth of posts. 
I'm gonna try to sneak out of work early tomorrow afternoon for a hunt depending on the wind direction. Hopefully I can get a buck to do what my doe did last week.

Well, this weekend was a bust. I slept in due to bad wind direction on Saturdya morning, saw a button buck last night, nothing this morning, and nothing tonight.
There's supposed to be a good cold front moving in toward the end of the week, so hopefully next weekend I'll see some more movement.

Didn't go last night, Had a cold front move in with lots of rain and heavy wind. Should get things going good for the weekend. good luck to all !

had a pair of button bucks at 4 yards on the ground well i was on the ground too. almost shot a 3 pointer with out knowing it. i relized it at full draw. i saw a massive 8 pointer as i walking to my stand. i'm going after that buck tomorrow.

nice one!this is the first time that ive got to put something on here in awhile. we are getting pounded with snow in the U.P.right now so,i'll be hunting all weekend long. the winds are supposed to let up tommorow afternoon so it should be good! good luck team 25 go bbb !!!!
