I'm heading back to Uncle Eddie's field in the AM. My dilemma there is that half the reason I'm hunting there is to thin the herd so they don't eat him out of house and home. If a small buck shows up and presents a shot, I don't know if I could look him in the eye if I pass it up.

Uncle Eddie ain't got to know! Shoot a doe with that itchy finger, take a cold shower, and back away from the little guys! You know, "Let him go so he can grow!"

I'm getting pretty anxious also, I moved one of my stands and will hunt it tomorrow night, hope "Big Foot" shows up!

Hunted from 7:30 to 11 this AM. Around 9:30 I heard a buck grunting LOUD on the other side of the field. I saw nothing but squirrels.

On my way out I checked out the other uncle's field accross the road, the deer were clearly in the turnips and by the looks of things not long before I got there. I need to get myself a ladder stand as there aren't any trees for hanging a stand in or using a climber in on that side.

I saw 4 deer tonight one small buck, Camel Foot didn't show. Mabey tomorrow. Finally cold weather is here!!!

Guys I was so close last night! He just slipped by! I'll get another chance tonight, might do somthing crazy!!!Mabey trysome buck scent or grunt or somthing! He just doesn't move till dark. Here's the latest pic of "BF"!
