I am a goofy westerner :Dwhen I say 5 point I mean a 10 pointer. Oh and I forgot one thing when I went out hunting last night I got there and someone stole my dang stand [:@]. Some frickin people, I tell ya what.

Good luck to all the guys whose season opens tomorrow! By the way I missed a Doe last night! I shot her for 20 yards and she was probably 15. I was sitting pretty high in a tree and she was in the bottom of a kettle, so this didn't help! I knew I should of went back to the truck for my range finder. This was the first time sitting in this tree! Like I said good luck guys!

In less than 18 hours I will be sitting in my treestand, awaiting first light. I can't freakin' wait!

I didnt' see a thing this morning, then missed a chip shot at a beautiful coyote this afternoon before being busted by a doe that snuck in behind me. So yeah, a rather unproductive day for the IL opener.

Congrats PA that is a great buck. Way to get us on the board.I haven't been out lately I have been sicker than a dog. I am going out monday again it has been unseasonably hot here and there is a cold front moving through on monday so I am gonna hit the stand and see if the front will get them moving.
