If you mean deer, Bob, then normally yes (after they're gutted of course), last year out here though, I had to skin and quarter my muley buck on the spot as the country we were in was too rough to drag him out and it was all uphill for about a mile and half. Thankfully I had two partners w/me and we shared the pack out.

We finished hanging another stand today and I thought I'd swing by and check my digital camera, AND GUESS WHO WAS ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boy am I pumped for the season now.

for me the countdown is 4hrs 55 minutes. then I'll be off work and only a short 5 and 1/2 hour drive away.

Chad, you know what? I have never dove hunted in my life! I have thought about it several times, but just never got the bug and that is a shame. That would be some quality time with the boys...well the one I still have home.

hey fellas sorry I havent been on much, I got real sick two weeks ago and then the day I got better we left the next day for Florida for a weeks vacation. But now Im back and its two weeks til bowseason. I pulled a brainfart before I left though, I hung my trail cams and went to check them before we left for vacation, and had like 21 pictures on it but when I opened the camera I had forgot to put film in it!! DOH! ..........Deer902 thats an impressive buck, just by my rough guess I bet he would gross somewhere in the mid 160's???
